There are a few letters from individuals and organizations, usually thanking Miss Hart for help with a project. During these years people were moving to South Florida from other states in great numbers, and the columns include much advice on adjusting to life in a new community, as well as providing a clear reflection of contemporary social standards for women

Corlett, Edward S., IIIThe Atkinson papers contain papers, photographs and newspaper clippings of Judge Edith Atkinson's career and civic activities during the 1920s-1930s. The materials covering the decades after the 1930s are either personal or from the Girls Scouts, updating her on progress within the council. Included in the collection are papers of her husband, Judge Henry F. Atkinson.

Other images show flight attendants, pilots and other airlines personnel. Documents include; printed copies of contracts between Eastern Airlines Inc. and the Air Line Pilots, guides for flight attendants and navigational manuals and blueprints of aircraft interiors. There are several issues of newsletters specific to Eastern Airlines personnel including Repartee from The Retired Eastern Pilots Association, others are aircraft industry related, but none include a full run. Ephemera include marketing and advertising materials such as fold-out planes, logos, brochures and a copy of "Sunrise at Eastern". A scrapbook of photographs and mementos compiled by flight attendants in training at the Miami Springs Villas and Hotel chronicle their training and social life at the hotel. Another scrapbook, compiled by Clunet Lewis, Manager in St. Louis, Missouri includes newspaper clippings and correspondence regarding Eastern and general airlines services in the St. Louis area.

Clippings, correspondence, brochures, typescripts, invitations and other memorabilia trace the career of Lieutenant Colonel Earl Hoag and with it much early history of American aviation. Includes Miami High School student yearbook (Miahi 1914); a wealth of aviation clippings for 1917-1921; with much information on the 1919 transcontinental air race during which 10 out of 39 pilots were killed.

Nylen, BillInclude brochures, newspaper clippings, photographs and programs. Most pertain to ice skating competions and shows that were held at the Coral Gables Coliseum and other local venues. Also includes biographical information on the donor's families, the Shelleys and Sherrills.
The collection contains a series of Whitehead’s diaries spanning the period of 1938 to 1981 (1941-1949 are not included). The diaries are filled with detailed, if taciturn, descriptions of Whitehead’s daily activities; every action, from eating breakfast to getting his car serviced, is given attention in the diaries’ pages. For example, each trip to and from Miami Beach is described, as well as Whitehead’s trips to South Florida’s restaurants and attractions.
The two photo albums in the collection are the product of a 1951 trip through Florida and the Keys; they offer interesting views of typical tourist destinations during the period. A series of color photographic slides from the late 1940s to the mid-1950s are concentrated solely on South Florida. Subject matter include views of Miami International Airport, Crandon Park, Hialeah Park, Lincoln Road, and a fashion parade along Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road.
Whitehead, DonnScrapbooks of newspaper clippings and news articles, brochures, photographic prints and renderings on Mylar feature Reiff designed buildings in Dade and Broward counties.
Reiff, Donald,, 1924-1982Photographs show events relevant to Cubans and Cuban Americans in the Miami area during 1980. The collection captures pre-Mariel street rallies and demonstrations in support of the mass exodus from Cuba. Included are street scenes, rallies, a hunger strike, Miami mayor Maurice Ferre addressing a public gathering of Cuban exiles and a parade along S. W. 27th Avenue and 8th Street.
Photographs also include two Cuban festivals: Jose Marti parade along Bayfront Park and Three-Kings parade along S. W. 8th street, both in January 1980. A small number of photographs depicting “Tent City,” the makeshift housing facility for Mariel refugees, and ground shots along S. W. 7th and 8th Streets.
Financial statements, correspondence, a plot plan and other material pertain to Alpine Dairy Farm; Henry DesRochers' will and other legal papers pertain to his estate, which was settled in 1953. Also included is a letter, list of members, and a 1942 annual report for the Miami Pioneers; and some photocopied material on the DesRochers family in early Miami
