Original caption: At the end of its run from New York a giant Douglas DC-3 21 passenger Silverliner rests outside the hangers at Miami's 36th Street Airport awaiting its turn in the overhaul shops. Here it will be inspected and readied for renewed service on EAL's 5,330 miles of airways that criss-cross the eastern seaboard of the country.
